Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 ounces tilapia fish (2 5 ounce loins or your favorite flaky fish)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (dark)
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (unsalted or seafood stock)
  • 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon sriracha sauce (or to your taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients EXCEPT THE FISH in a small bowl. Pour into a non-stick skillet. Place fish loins in skillet. Cover with a lid and cook on medium-low heat for 25 minutes, turning fish halfway through. I use 2 spatulas so the fish doesn't break apart.

  • Step 2: When it's nearly done, remove lid and turn heat up to medium and let sauce reduce a little so you can pour it over the fish when plated.
