  • 2 eggs

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups dry quick rolled oats
  • 1 ⅔ cups butterscotch chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • Step 2: In mixing bowl beat

  • Step 3: Margarine, granulated sugar and brown sugar together.

  • Step 4: Add the eggs and vanilla, beating well.

  • Step 5: Mix dry ingredients

  • Step 6: Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture

  • Step 7: Stir until blended.

  • Step 8: Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.

  • Step 9: Drop by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.

  • Step 10: Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, until the edges begin to brown.

  • Step 11: Transfer to a wire rack to cool
