Step 1: Place the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until melted and combined and then remove from heat.
Step 2: Add the sugar, four and eggs to the chocolate mixture and quickly whisk to combine.
Step 3: Preheat a pie maker and pour about 1/3 cupfuls of the chocolate mixture into each pie maker hole and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until a crust forms on the top of the puddings.
Step 4: Dust with cocoa powder and serve with ice-cream and raspberries.
