Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 180 grams dark chocolate. (70% cocoa) chopped
  • 150 grams unsalted butter, chopped
  • 110 grams caster sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 50 grams plain flour (1/3 cup)
  • 4 eggs, lightly whisked
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
  • Fresh raspberries, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the chocolate and butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes or until melted and combined and then remove from heat.

  • Step 2: Add the sugar, four and eggs to the chocolate mixture and quickly whisk to combine.

  • Step 3: Preheat a pie maker and pour about 1/3 cupfuls of the chocolate mixture into each pie maker hole and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until a crust forms on the top of the puddings.

  • Step 4: Dust with cocoa powder and serve with ice-cream and raspberries.
