Step 1: In stand mixer, whip cream cheese until smooth, about 1 minute. Slowly add condensed milk and yogurt, beating 2 minutes, followed by sugar, vanilla, zest (reserve a pinch for serving) and juice. Mix until well combined.
Step 2: Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with reserved zest. Place in refrigerator 1 hour, allowing dip to set. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla cookies.
Step 3: Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 5 days.
