Step 1: Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Dredge meat in seasoned flour.
Step 3: Place in skillet with bacon grease.
Step 4: Brown meat until very brown and crusty, about 15 min each side.
Step 5: Add onions and cook until golden brown, about 10 min.
Step 6: Put in 2-qt. baking dish.
Step 7: Sprinkle with rest of flour and seasonings;
Step 8: Pour water over top.
Step 9: Bake 45 min to 1 hr, until meat is tender.
Step 10: Remove from oven; increase oven temperature to 450 degrees.
Step 11: Place potatoes on top in circular pattern
Step 12: Sprinkle with salt pepper and paprika.
Step 13: Bake 30 minutes more until potatoes tender
