Step 1: Heat olive oil in a frypan over medium heat and cook onion and bacon for 3 - 4 minutes and then set aside.
Step 2: Whisk together eggs and cream and season well with salt and pepper, and stir through cheese, cooked onion and bacon, zucchini and spinach.
Step 3: Preheat pie maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.
Step 4: Fill the plates with 1/3 cup of frittata mixture and cook for 5 - 8 minutes until egg has set and repeat with remaining mixture.
