Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 brown onion, diced
  • 30 grams bacon, 2 rashers specified
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 zucchini, grated
  • 50 grams baby spinach, chopped
  • Pinch salt, to season
  • Pinch pepper, to season

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat olive oil in a frypan over medium heat and cook onion and bacon for 3 - 4 minutes and then set aside.

  • Step 2: Whisk together eggs and cream and season well with salt and pepper, and stir through cheese, cooked onion and bacon, zucchini and spinach.

  • Step 3: Preheat pie maker according to manufacturer’s instructions.

  • Step 4: Fill the plates with 1/3 cup of frittata mixture and cook for 5 - 8 minutes until egg has set and repeat with remaining mixture.
