Step 1: Combine the oats and flour in a large bowl.
Step 2: Whisk the eggs, milk, honey, vanilla and cinnamon in a jug until combined and pour over oat mixture and stir until well combined and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to soak.
Step 3: Preheat oven to 180C/160C fan forced.
Step 4: Lightly spray a 1 Liter (4 cup) baking dish with oil.
Step 5: Stir berries through oat mixture and pour into prepared dish and then arrange nectarine on top and bake for 25 minutes or until golden and set. T
Step 6: Op with yoghurt and extra honey and serve.
