  • 2 containers (14 ounces) marshmallow cream (7 ounce each)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (1 pinch)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Using an electric mixer, beat the butter until smooth. Add the marshmallow cream and mix until well combined. Add the powdered sugar and a pinch of salt and mix until smooth.

  • Step 2: The frosting will keep, refrigerated, but bring back to room temp to spread. Makes enough to frost a 9x13 cake, or a two layer cake.
