  • Step 1: Heat oil in skillet

  • Step 2: Flip the grits out of square pan like a bread pan

  • Step 3: Cut in inch slices

  • Step 4: Put in hot oil

  • Step 5: Season to taste

  • Step 6: Carefully because these pop

  • Step 7: Cook until brown on one side flip and brown on other side . May need more oil
