Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and put into the oven to bake for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly crisp. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Step 3: While cheese is baking, place the cranberries, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan over medium heat.
Step 4: Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries pop, about 10 minutes.
Step 5: Add the balsamic vinegar, orange zest, cinnamon, allspice, extract, and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Step 6: Grease a small cast-iron skillet with olive oil cooking spray (or grease with a small amount of olive oil right out of your canister).
Step 7: Place the brie round in the cast iron skillet and place it in a preheated oven.
Step 8: Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the brie is softened & getting soft and gooey. Remove from the oven.
Step 9: Spoon some of the cranberry balsamic sauce on top of the baked brie and serve with the warm crostini. Enjoy!
