Step 1: Place Twisties in a food processor and process until chopped finely, resembling coarse breadcrumbs. Place panko breadcrumbs on a plate, then add crushed Twisties, garlic powder and paprika and mix to combine.
Step 2: Place flour on a plate and season with salt and pepper and whisk egg and milk in a shallow bowl.
Step 3: Toss 1 piece of chicken in flour to coat and then dip in the egg mixture, then toss in breadcrumbs, pressing to secure and place onto a plate and repeat with remaining chicken and then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan-forced.
Step 5: Line an oven tray with baking paper.
Step 6: Arrange chicken in a single layer on prepared tray and spray all over with oil spray and bake, turning once, for 45 minutes or until golden and chicken is cooked through.
Step 7: Serve chicken sprinkled with thyme leaves.
