Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts (cleaned, X cut in bottom of the stem)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, drop in the sprout,cook 6 minutes

  • Step 2: Drain plunge into cold water to stop the cooking, drain

  • Step 3: Melt the butter in a skillet, medium heat, add sprouts, stir well to coat the sprouts cook over medium heat for 6 minutes shaking the pan

  • Step 4: Season with salt and pepper, add lemon juice and parsley, toss and serve
