Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1⁄4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 2⁄3 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1⁄4 cup raspberry preserves
  • Glaze:
  • 2⁄3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon warm water
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix margarine, sugar and Bisquick until crumbly.

  • Step 2: Stir in milk and vanilla until dough forms

  • Step 3: Beat 15 strokes.

  • Step 4: Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

  • Step 5: Make a shallow well in center of each with the back of a spoon.

  • Step 6: Fill the well with 1 teaspoon preserves.

  • Step 7: Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden.( some say 8 minutes and these burn easily

  • Step 8: Be aware 450 for 7 minutes then turn the heat down to 400 for an additional 6 minutes. Seems a better temp

  • Step 9: While warm drizzle with glaze.

  • Step 10: Glaze: Beat together all ingredients until smooth.
