Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 ounce squre semi sweet chocolate
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 eggs

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 F.

  • Step 2: Bring water,chocolate square, butter, salt, and sugar to boil, then remove from heat, add flour mixed with cocoa powder, and mix well.

  • Step 3: Return to heat, and cook for another minute.

  • Step 4: Remove from heat again, and add one by one, 4 eggs, beating each for 1 minute working fast with a hand mixer. Until smooth and glossy DON'T OVERBEAT

  • Step 5: Spoon 1/4 cup dough 2 inches apart onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Step 6: Bake for about 30 minutes,

  • Step 7: Take them out, cut of about top third of each puff, and return them to the oven for another 5 minutes to dry them out.

  • Step 8: Cool, and fill with cream.
