Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • Cranberry mixture:
  • 1 package (16 ounces) cranberries,ground ,(2 cups )
  • 1 cup walnuts,ground
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes
  • 1 1/2 cup celery,minced
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple,(3/4 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • Jello:
  • 1 box (3 ounces ) lime gelatin
  • 1 box (3 ounces) raspberry gelatin
  • 2 cups water,boiling
  • Topping:
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 ounces large marshmallows,(6)
  • 1 cup heavy cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grind the cranberries nuts and celery in food processor

  • Step 2: Add the pineapple and grapes last second so does not brrak down to much

  • Step 3: Add sugar to mixure

  • Step 4: In large bowl

  • Step 5: Mix the jellos together and add boiling water

  • Step 6: Mix

  • Step 7: Pour over cranberries mixture

  • Step 8: Chill until solid

  • Step 9: Next day before serving

  • Step 10: In double boiler

  • Step 11: Mix the eggs marshmallows milk and vinegar wirh a whisk

  • Step 12: Beat until smooth

  • Step 13: Chill

  • Step 14: Fold in beaten heavy cream

  • Step 15: Spread over jello mixture

  • Step 16: Chill
