  • 8 ounces raw bacon,cooked
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1 can (13 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  • Step 2: In 9 in square pan spray pam

  • Step 3: Layer 1/2 the potatoes,onion bacon and cheese

  • Step 7: And eggs .whisk

  • Step 8: Pour over potatoes
