  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese,shredded
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 1 cup celery, sliced on the bias
  • 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced,save some green tops for garnish
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl

  • Step 3: Combine sour cream, lemon juice, garlic salt, ½ of the cheeses, cream cheese, mayonnaise, celery, onion, soy sauce,worcestershire sauce. Mix well to combine and gently fold in the imitation crab meat.

  • Step 4: Spoon into a greased pam sprayed casserole dish

  • Step 5: Top with the remaining cheese.

  • Step 6: Place into the oven

  • Step 7: Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.

  • Step 8: Top with the onion tops
