Step 1: Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
Step 2: Heat oil in pan saute fish until lightly browned on both sides
Step 3: Remove
Step 4: Place in oven for 5 minutes
Step 5: Saute veggies until tender crisp add wine to deglaze
Step 6: Add fish stock
Step 7: And reduce by 1/2
Step 8: Grill corn in butter until warm (they probably had a real grill )
Step 9: Season fish
Step 10: In bowl put veggies in broth
Step 11: Top with fish
Step 12: Arrange corn around bowls
