Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 28 ounces chilean sea bass,cut into 7 ounce portions
  • 1 cup red bell pepper,thinly sliced
  • 1 cup poblano pepper,thinly sliced
  • 1 leek, diced
  • 3 ounces dry white wine
  • 2 cups fish stock
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can(15 ounces) baby corn,drained
  • 1 tablespoons butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit

  • Step 2: Heat oil in pan saute fish until lightly browned on both sides

  • Step 3: Remove

  • Step 4: Place in oven for 5 minutes

  • Step 5: Saute veggies until tender crisp add wine to deglaze

  • Step 6: Add fish stock

  • Step 7: And reduce by 1/2

  • Step 8: Grill corn in butter until warm (they probably had a real grill )

  • Step 9: Season fish

  • Step 10: In bowl put veggies in broth

  • Step 11: Top with fish

  • Step 12: Arrange corn around bowls
