Step 1: In a large skillet
Step 2: Saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter over med-high heat until the onion is translucent.
Step 3: Reduce heat to low
Step 4: And add the caraway seeds and spices
Step 5: Stir in the flour until it is well combined and cook on low for 2 minutes.
Step 6: Add all remaining ingredients to the skillet
Step 7: And cook for about 5-7 minutes or until everything is heated through. May need to add a little milk if to thick .should be creamy .may need to add a tablespoon of juice at end
Step 8: Do not allow to boil.
