Step 1: Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and shrimp . Cook until shrimp are pink and no longer translucent.
Step 2: Add chilies, cream cheese and milk.
Step 3: Stir to combine. Add cayenne and cheeses.
Step 4: Stir until cheeses are melted and smooth.
Step 5: Stir in tomatoes; remove from heat.
Step 6: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Step 7: Refrigerate any left overs.
