  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Parsley to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and shrimp . Cook until shrimp are pink and no longer translucent.

  • Step 4: Stir until cheeses are melted and smooth.

  • Step 5: Stir in tomatoes; remove from heat.

  • Step 6: Garnish with parsley and serve warm with tortilla chips.
