Step 17: Mix the sugars ,flour and spices with a whisk
Step 18: Pour in juice and whisk until smooth
Step 19: Pour over peaches
Step 20: Dot all over with butter
Step 21: Take off top sheet of parchment paper
Step 22: And place over top of peaches
Step 23: Tuck inside of pan
Step 24: Take off second piece parchment paper
Step 25: Bake 50 minutes until golden brown and bubbly
Step 26: Let stand at least 10 minutes before serving
