The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds raw chicken thighs
  • 2 pounds raw chicken breasts, pounded a little flat
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups tomatoes,peeled,chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped,white and green parts
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 1 cup sour cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 325°F.

  • Step 2: Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.

  • Step 3: Brown chicken in oil, in a Dutch oven.

  • Step 4: Add sherry, green onions , dill and tomato.

  • Step 5: Cover.

  • Step 6: Bake for 60 minutes.

  • Step 7: Remove from oven; add sour cream and simmer on low for 10 minutes (don't boil).
