Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2: Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
Step 3: Brown chicken in oil, in a Dutch oven.
Step 4: Add sherry, green onions , dill and tomato.
Step 5: Cover.
Step 6: Bake for 60 minutes.
Step 7: Remove from oven; add sour cream and simmer on low for 10 minutes (don't boil).
