Step 1: Preheat jaffle maker.
Step 2: Meanwhile, spread butter over 1 side of each slice of bread and turn bread over and spread bread with tomato paste.
Step 3: Place 1 slice of bread, buttered-side down, in each hole of jaffle maker and top with salami, red pepper, olives and cheese and sandwich with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up and sprinkle with oregano and close lid and cook for 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted and serve.
