Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 20 grams butter, softened
  • 120 grams slices white bread (4 slices)
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 20 grams slices salami, 4 slices torn
  • 1/4 cup roasted red pepper strips
  • 120 grams small pitted kalamata olives (8 small olives)
  • 1/3 cup mozzarella, grated
  • Dried oregano, to sprinkle

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat jaffle maker.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, spread butter over 1 side of each slice of bread and turn bread over and spread bread with tomato paste.

  • Step 3: Place 1 slice of bread, buttered-side down, in each hole of jaffle maker and top with salami, red pepper, olives and cheese and sandwich with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up and sprinkle with oregano and close lid and cook for 4 minutes or until golden and cheese is melted and serve.
