The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces cooked chicken breast,chopped
  • 8 ounces cooked white rice
  • 6 tablespoons cilantro,minced
  • 1 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/3 cup frozen corn
  • 2 tablespoons pickled jalapenos,chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion,grated
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes,chopped
  • 8 ounces lettuce,shaved
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans,drained
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese,shredded
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 package (8 ounces) flour tortillas,(12 inches)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat tortillas in microwave

  • Step 2: Meanwhile in pot

  • Step 3: Heat chicken ,corn ,rice ,beans

  • Step 4: When hot

  • Step 5: Add cilantro, onion ,jalapenos and lime juice

  • Step 6: On one side of tortilla

  • Step 7: Spread sour cream, cheese then cooked mixture

  • Step 8: Add tomatoes and lettuce

  • Step 9: Fold burrito style

  • Step 10: Repeat

  • Step 11: Wrap in tin foil if eating right away

  • Step 12: If freezing dont add lettuce

  • Step 13: And wrap in parchment paper
