Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Step 2: Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
Step 3: In the bowl of a food processor combine the first 7 ingredients (all ingredients except for buttermilk) and process for 3 seconds; scrape down sides and then add the buttermilk and process for another 5 seconds. Place in prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until center is firm and edges draw away from sides of pan. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Turn onto a rack to cool.
Step 4: Use right away or cover with plastic wrap for later.
