  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup honey (or molasses)
  • 1 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425'.

  • Step 2: Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups or grease bottoms only.

  • Step 3: Combine the first 4 (dry) ingredients.

  • Step 4: Combine the other ingredients and add to the dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened.

  • Step 5: Fill muffin cups almost full.

  • Step 6: Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
