  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups light cream

  • Step 1: Simmer tomatoes and onions in butter

  • Step 2: When tender

  • Step 3: In blender add 1 cup milk flour and seasonings

  • Step 4: Blend

  • Step 5: Add tomatoes and onions

  • Step 6: Be cafe when blending hot ingredients expand

  • Step 7: When smooth add back into pan adding rest of ingredients

  • Step 8: Simmer dont boil until warmed and thickened

  • Step 9: Can be frozen
