  • 3 cups water
  • 2 cans (30 ounces) navy beans,(15 ounces each)
  • 6 ounces potato, peeled,cut into small chunks,(1 potato)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can(15 ounces)tomatoes,chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons fresh cilantro, minced

  • Step 1: Heat oil
