Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoons herbs de provence
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese ,shredded
  • 3 tablespoons black olives, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons green olives,pitted
  • 4 ounces ham,diced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 350F (180C) with a rack in the middle.

  • Step 2: Butter and flour a loaf pan (8x4-inches) very well spray pam.

  • Step 3: In a large mixing bowl

  • Step 4: With a whisk combine the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper and herbs de provence.

  • Step 5: Mix the milk eggs and the oil .

  • Step 6: Add to dry ingredients

  • Step 7: Fold in the grated cheese, followed by the whole olives and ham cubes.

  • Step 8: Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

  • Step 9: The batter is quite thick, so use a spatula to smooth out the top.

  • Step 10: Bake for 45 minutes, until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  • Step 11: Transfer to a cooling rack and wait 15 minutes before removing the loaf from the pan. Let cool and have slices and cubes
