  • 6 tablespoons rum

  • Step 1: Place one teaspoon of sugar in each of 6 demitasse cups, then fill each 3/4 full of coffee. Add 1 tablespoon of rum on top of each cup and ignite with a long-stemmed match. When flames have burned out, stir.
