Step 1: Preheat oven to 210 C.
Step 2: Grease two 12 hole patty pans.
Step 3: Grate potatoes, then use your hands to squeeze out any excess liquid and drain and place the drained potatoes in a large bowl and season well and then add butter and egg and stir to combine and now stir through cheese and ham and fold through flour.
Step 4: Spoon mixture into prepared tins and bake for 20 - 25 minutes until crispy and golden.
Step 5: Use a knife to loosen around the edges and release puffs and serve hot with tomato sauce and mayonnaise.
