  • 1/8 teaspoons pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed
