  • 1 red bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño chile, remove seeds and minced
  • Olives (black or green, 10 olives)
  • 8 ounces cooked chicken (shredded rotisserie chicken, 2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 ounces walnuts, chopped (to taste)
