Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast ( boneless ,skinless, shredded)
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 2 garlic cloves,smashed
  • 1 cup onion,chopped
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 8 ounces baby spinach
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • FOR PASTA & GRAINS
  • 1 package (16 ounces) gnocchi (potato gnocchi)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups milk

How to Make

  • Step 1: In large stock pot, melt butter and olive oil together.

  • Step 2: Add your onions, carrots; cook until onions become translucent. Add garlic

  • Step 3: Whisk in your flour and let cook for a minute,

  • Step 4: Slowly stir in your chicken broth and simmer until it starts to thicken up.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, in pan cook your gnocchi according to package directions, drain and set aside.

  • Step 6: Meanwhile, Add your milk to your veggie and chicken broth mix and bring to a boil, stir in your seasonings. Once at a boil reduce heat and add your gnocchi, spinach and chicken simmering until heated through
