  • 2 cups onions,minced
  • 4 ounces smoked bacon,chopped
  • 8 ounces heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/16 teaspoon thyme

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease and pam sprayed the loaf baking pan

  • Step 2: Preheat the oven to 400°Farenheit

  • Step 3: In a pan

  • Step 4: Render down the bacon and lightly saute the onions with it.

  • Step 5: Mix the grated and mashed potatoes together with the onion-bacon mixture, cream, eggs and seasonings

  • Step 6: Mix

  • Step 7: Add the dough to the prepared bread tin.
