  • 4 ounces raw seashell pasta
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 2 cups water
