  • 560 grams beef sausages (8 thin bbq sausages)
  • 350 grams slaw kit (1 packet)
  • 600 grams jumbo hotdog rolls (8 jumbo hot dog rolls)
  • 1/4 cup Mexican sauce (70 grams)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded (60 grams)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high and cook the sausages, turning, for 10-15 mins or until golden and cooked through and transfer the sausages to a plate.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, prepare the slaw in a large bowl following packet directions.

  • Step 3: Use a large serrated knife to split the hotdog rolls lengthways (don’t cut all the way through).

  • Step 4: Divide the slaw among the rolls and top with the sausages and drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle with cheddar to serve.
