Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 eggs,separated
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/16 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup chives,minced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat egg whites until stiff

  • Step 2: In another bowl, mix the 3 egg yolks with the flour mixed in a little milk

  • Step 3: Reserve.

  • Step 4: In a frying pan, heat the milk with the butter until almost boiling.

  • Step 5: Tempering ,Pour the milk over the yolks while mixing.

  • Step 6: Pour the mixture into the pan and boil again over low heat, while mixing.

  • Step 7: Stop the fire as soon as it boils.

  • Step 8: Fold in whites and chives

  • Step 9: In a pan (which will go in the oven!) With a little butter, pour the omelet and cook over medium heat for 30 seconds.

  • Step 10: Then place the pan in an oven preheated to 400° for 3 to 4 minutes or until set
