Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/3 cup onion,minced
  • 1/4 cup crushed saltine crackers (crumbs)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • FOR SAUCE
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 jar (12 ounces) mushroom gravy
  • FOR POTATO
  • 1 cups water
  • 1 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 1/2 cups instant potatoes (dried)

How to Make

  • Step 1: FOR PATTIES: mix everything together but gravy. Form into 4 1/2 inch patties

  • Step 2: Place patties into pam-sprayed skillet. Cook on one side until browned. Flip then brown other side. Add in gravy; simmer

  • Step 3: Meanwhile, for mashed potatoes: heat water milk and dill

  • Step 4: Add in the potatoes then stir

  • Step 5: Add in sour cream (if to loose add a few more potato flakes). Keep warm while meat cooks
