Step 1: In a bowl combine the tequila and jalapeno and let stand for 2-4 hours; pour through a wire strainer into a bowl; discarding solids
Step 2: In a dish add 2 tablespoons lime juice. In another dish combine the sugar, lime rind, and the salt. Dip rims of 4 chilled 8-ounce glasses in the lime juice and then dip the glasses in the sugar mixture.
Step 3: In a blender add the infused tequila, honeydew and the rest of the ingredients (-agave syrup) and 3 tablespoons lime juice and process for 1 minute. Pour evenly into prepared glasses.
