Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound pork sausage
  • 8 ounces dry unseasoned bread crumbs,(2 cups)
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 cup onion, minced
  • Topping:
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients.

  • Step 2: Spray pam in loaf pan

  • Step 3: Place meat mixture in loaf pan.

  • Step 4: Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees Farenheit

  • Step 5: Remove loaf from oven 15 minutes early, cover loaf with ketchup, continue baking.
