Step 1: Cook the pasta.
Step 2: Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Step 3: Stir in garlic scape pesto, wine, lemon zest and juice until mixed. Bring to a simmer.
Step 4: Add shrimp and stir to coat with sauce.
Step 5: Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring once or twice, until shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
Step 6: (If using cooked shrimp, just add them to warm up as you continue.)
Step 7: Add parsley, capers and hot cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together to coat the noodles.
Step 8: Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9: Sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
