Step 1: Place a grill basket on one side of the grill and then preheat grill to medium high.
Step 2: Sprinkle meat with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Grill meat on grill turning occasionally until charred on all sides and thermometer inserted reads 125 degrees F for medium rare (about 10-15 minutes). Add tomatoes to the grill basket and cook for 5-10 minutes or until tomatoes burst, shake or stir tomatoes.
Step 3: Meanwhile in a blender or food processor add the parsley (and/or cilantro), garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper; pulse until chopped and then with the motor running add oil, vinegar, lemon juice and crushed red pepper and continue processing until combined.
Step 4: Serve meat with the tomatoes and herb sauce.
