  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup onion ,minced
  • 2 cloves garlic,smashed
  • 2 green onions,minced
  • 4 ounces bread, dry, crushed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoons parsley,minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Filling:
  • 4 ounces bacon,diced
  • 8 ounces mortadella,shaved
  • 8 ounces swiss cheese,sliced

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the beef ,egg,spices ,onion, green onion and garlic

  • Step 2: Let rest for 1/2 hour to let flavors mingle

  • Step 3: Then roll meat out

  • Step 4: Place cheese then mortadella then bacon on top

  • Step 5: Roll up

  • Step 6: Seal

  • Step 7: Bake in 375 degree for 60 minutes until done

  • Step 8: Let rest for 10 minutes until cutting
