  • 2 to 3 tablespoons grenadine or maraschino cherry juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cherry liqueur
  • 8 ounces lemonade, or as needed to fill glasses
  • 2-4 cherries
  • Lime wedges, for garnish

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pour the beer into a shallow bowl or dish. Stir in the grenadine and cherry liqueur to taste.

  • Step 2: Put the mixture in the freezer. Scrape the frozen crystals with a fork every 30 minutes for about 2-2½ hours until it creates a slushy texture.

  • Step 3: Spoon the slushy mixture equally into two glasses. Top off with a little more cherry liqueur, if desired. Fill glasses with lemonade to taste.

  • Step 4: Garnish with cherries and lime wedges and serve immediately.
