Step 1: Heat bacon until rendered
Step 2: Take out
Step 3: Add butter to grease
Step 4: Saute onions and celery
Step 5: Until tender
Step 6: Add flour
Step 7: Add broth and potatoes
Step 8: Simmer 10 minutes
Step 9: Add peas and carrots, milk ,Canadian bacon and cooked bacon
Step 10: If to thick add a little water stir often
Step 11: Simmer 10 minutes more
Step 12: Take off heat and add cream and cheese
Step 13: Stir
Step 14: Season to taste
