Step 1: Peel the tomatoes by blanching for 15 seconds in boiling water and then dipping into cold water.
Step 2: Cut out the stems.
Step 3: Mix together the tomatoes, onions, apples, lemons, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt, mustard seeds, cloves, cayenne, vinegar, and honey in a large saucepan
Step 4: Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered over a low heat for about 5 hours.
Step 5: Stir frequently.
Step 6: Pour into warm sterilized jars and cover with 2 layers of wax paper
