Step 1: Place the slightly-frozen or fresh fruit into food processor cover with a lid and process for a few seconds to coarsely chop the fruit (if your fruit if fresh this will take very little time if frozen it will take a few seconds more).
Step 2: In a cup combine the sugar with the whipping cream until most of the granules are dissolved.
Step 3: With the processor running on high speed, pour in the whipping cream/sugar mix through the open tube. Process for about 8-10 seconds or until the cream has thickened. Immediately transfer to a glass container, cover with foil or a lid and freeze until firm (about 8 hours, depending on your freezer temp). Enjoy!
