Step 1: Drain pineapple chunks but saving 1 1/2 tablespoons of the juice.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, 1 1/2 tablespoon pineapple juice and white sugar. Thoroughly whisk to combine.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the green cabbage, coconut, pineapple chunks and dressing.
Step 4: Thoroughly mix until all cabbage is coated with dressing.
Step 5: Allow to chill in refrigerator for the best flavor.
