Step 1: In a medium saucepan, bring the cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, coffee granules, milk and butter to a boil over medium heat.
Step 2: Bring to a rolling boil and allow to boil for 1 minute.
Step 3: Pull the saucepan off the heat after boiling. Add in the oats, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4: Allow the mixture to cool for 1 minute and then drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Allow to cool until hardened.
Step 5: Do not refrigerate. Just pack away in an air-tight container.
